When I was a kid, it was mystery books that first drew me in and got me interested in reading. I loved feeling like an undercover detective gathering precious clues to be the first to solve the case.

Kids thrive on having fun, and mystery books are undoubtedly one of the most fun genres out there. So if you’re looking for a great read to inspire your kids to pick up a book this year, then look no further. Here’s a list of 10 amazing, chart-topping mystery books that kids will love. Most of these titles are part of a larger series, so there’s plenty more mystery and intrigue for your child to enjoy after they turn over the last page.
